NIRC of ICWAI proposes to decentralise its classed by starting New Oral Coaching Center in East, West and North Delhi. Interested persons with commercial accommodation in prime areas in the above parts of Delhi, may write to nirc@icwai.org with complete details and expected terms etc. Alternatively, Frenchises model for Oral Classes can also be started. Classes are proposed to be started in November, 2009
